If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we provide a clear and fair return, refund, and cancellation process in accordance with the terms below.
Return & Refund Policy Within 30 Days
We accept return and refund requests within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the eligibility conditions set out below.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
• The item must be unused and in substantially the same condition as received.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging, including accessories, manuals, labels, tags, warranty cards, and any promotional items provided with the purchase.
• The product must not show signs of misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, modification, unauthorized repair, or excessive wear.
• A valid proof of purchase, such as receipt, invoice, or order confirmation, must be provided.
• Return requests must be submitted via email to mogan_sport_planet@outlook.com within the 30-day return period.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method used for the purchase.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To facilitate the assessment process, please provide:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs or videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
• Photographs of the packaging, if applicable
Upon verification, we may offer:
• A replacement product
• A repair, where applicable
• A full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances
Cancellation Policy Within 12 Hours
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed, packed, customized, or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please email mogan_sport_planet@outlook.com with the following information:
• Order number
• Reason for cancellation
If the order has already been processed, packed, customized, or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. In such cases, you may submit a return request after receiving the product, subject to this Policy.
Exceptions
Please note the following:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item supplied by the Company.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this Policy.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, improper storage, unauthorized repair, or failure to follow care or usage instructions.
• Products that have been worn, washed, used, altered, modified, or damaged after delivery.
• Sports apparel, shoes, socks, innerwear, compression wear, protective wear, or personal-use items that have been worn, washed, stained, or show signs of use.
• Sports equipment or accessories that have been used, scratched, dented, damaged, assembled incorrectly, or exposed to improper use.
• Products returned without original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, tags, warranty cards, or proof of purchase.
• Products showing excessive wear, physical damage, water damage, impact damage, or damage caused after delivery.
• Clearance, promotional, customized, personalized, made-to-order, or final-sale items where stated at the time of purchase.
• Consumable parts, accessories, or replacement items that have been opened or used, unless found to be defective.
